A Week in Review

My mother complained I haven't posted anything, but alas life has been busy here. The reason: we are officially open at the tubing hill. Not quite serving at capacity, which is 120 people per hour, but about halfway there. I'll give you a couple of pictures from Sunday:
This is Carly and I at the front desk, check out the awesome blue uniforms.
I had to drive the snowmobile to the base on Sunday night, what a crisp sunset.

Well I also had Monday off, and did some much needed skiing. While the groomed runs I can get in during the day are fun, the untouched snow you have to hike to is even better. Sorry I don't have any pictures from it but I did lots of tree runs in fresh powder and then hiked up to Independence Bowl and Bergman Bowl with Jeffey. Fresh powder turns starting at 12,614 feet is worth the 30 minute hike through knee deep snow. I'll try to get more pictures next time, I think I'll do some nordic skiing in the morning before I hit the slopes tomorrow. Life is so hard around here.

Okay, who is the girl. The pictures are awesome and I am so glad life is good for you. Can't wait to visit. Love you. The mom.

The girl is Carly, which I already stated, and she is my co-worker. Technically she is my minion as I am her boss.
