I have yet to muster the courage and energy to drop down the west side into Vail. That will come, I've only been back for just over a week. Yesterday was a gorgeous 60 degrees with a slight wind and great sunshine. Changed the tire on the road bike to alleviate all the flat problems I've been having, 1 tube every ride for the past week. From the Frisco Marina to the top of the Pass was about 57 minutes, back down only took 32 minutes. Frequently in excess of 40 mph and watching the agony of everyone else going up.
Another great spring day welcomes me today and staring out at the mountains I feel the need for a nice long hike. Off I go, leaving you with this picture. Oh and good luck to all those racing tomorrow, and good luck to Squirrel and crew with the hosting.

Damn, is that bike trail or road Andy? Either way it looks sweet. Missed seeing you at Summerset yesterday. That course is a ball.
