Fun Filled

This weekend has already started off right. After a long week putting up fences (think digging in rocks) in the lift infields I needed a break. Yesterday consisted of a ride around the Colorado. Started at the Dredge and made my way around and back to Tiger Road, up the trail to Georgia Pass. Took a little break on top to decide what was next, I decided to turn back around and head to to the road. A nice little gravel stretch back to the truck and then off to wash said truck.

Once home I checked the clock, only 4:00. Grabbed a sandwich, crash pad, climbing essentials and headed to Montezuma. Got in a little over 2 hours of bouldering before the clouds started rolling over the ridge. Not sure if it actually rained up there but I was feeling pretty cooked and seemed like a good excuse to hike down.

Today's plan consists of a road ride this morning up Loveland Pass and then wake boarding out at Wolford. But while I finish breakfast and tea (I just ran out of coffee) I am planning a weekend in Crested Butte.

Descending towards Tiger Road.

Looking across West Ridge.

Hopefully what I'll be riding this time next week.

Not sure what this fall has in store, don't know if I will have that much time off. What make any promises but there is always the possibility of cameos - only if I get a beer hand up. Cans preferable.
