Today is Thursday, exactly one week from Thanksgiving. I will again have to work this year during the most joyous of eating occasions, therefore I will have the big spread on the Monday after. For the next 10 days I will concoct different dishes and stuffing for the turkey. This will also be the first year I fry one of the birds, this promises to be an adventure.
