So I don't take a lift to work anymore, it is a 7 mile drive up the mountain that takes 30 minutes at best. But better than that is the ride into work...I made a brief stop today.
Only bad part is it started to rain soon as I got past the lake and into Keystone. Rained all the way home but I didn't mind and nearly enjoyed it. Came to the realization that the Northwest wouldn't be such a bad place to live.

Blue, that is a naked Surly. After getting it covered in gravel goop I start to hose it off. The decals went with the goop, so I proceeded to take all of them off, except for the headbadge.
Rain good? Like washing away my sins kind of good?
my all-time favorite commutes have been in the rain.
washing away your sins? hmmmmm.... never thought of it that way. i always thought you were pure as the driven snow.... :) definitely a sweet commute.
