Detours

That was the aim of the ride today. Started doing the Firecracker 50 route but took a couple wrong turns and ended up back out on the road a little quicker than expected. Made up for it by descending for about 10 minutes in Aspen grove bliss. Hit up the Blue River Trail, doubled back for a quick bite in Breck and then headed north for some flume trail action. A great day of singletrack ended with some smoked ribs from neighbor Dan.

Climbing up Baker's Tank Trail, the first dirt of the route after climbing Boreas Pass.

An old mine along the way, saw a few of these.

Upper Flume Trail, great little ditty.

This was the majority of the scenery along the flume trails.
