RAGBRAI went great: saw people I haven't seen in a year, worked on thousands of bikes, slept very little, consumed amazing food, and road a Specialized SL3. That is that week in review, for more details you must follow us on the route. Much of the week goes by in a blur for me and I rarely remember what day it is or what town I am in.
Fast forward and I am back in Colorado on Sunday night, come to find out I have Monday off and the guys from Iowa are looking for a tour guide for a day. Those guys being Sedore, Kurt, Chuck Hilsenbeck, Taylor, and Rick Noyes. They are now joined by Rick Blackford. Road most of the day on Monday with them and life was good.

That's all part of it - carb loading. And Kutcher knows is quite well.
