You see it as a fleeting moment - somewhat like seeing a ghostly figure. There are those spots you remember seeing it but there is no explanation. Some people are more helpful than others but then again it is hard saying not knowing.

ZL is infact the badge given to those originals here in Summit County. They were the first plates given to the first vehicle registrations in the County. People horde these like canned goods during fallout, but can they be found now?

One only sees these plates on those original vehicles, perhaps transferred to replacement vehicles, or even on the wall of a bar. Are there now a ritualistic hoops to jump through to get one of these, are they still made?
